Navigating the E-sign Process

  • Account Creation: The client receives an email to create their Lender account after loan registration. If the email isn’t received or the link expires after 72 hours, the partner can resend the invitation or contact Rocket Pro TPO for assistance.
  • Account Setup: The client clicks the account creation link, verifies their social security number, and sets up their account with a username and password.
  • E-Consent & E-Signing: The client must agree to E-Consent to use e-signatures. If they decline, documents must be physically signed or sent through a third-party vendor.
  • Setting Up E-Signatures: The client prepares their e-signature, which they can create or have automatically generated.
  • Signing Documents: Clients e-sign documents by clicking the “Click to E-sign” button next to each document in their “To Do” list, receiving confirmation upon completion.
  • Dashboard Overview: The Dashboard shows outstanding tasks, contact information for the loan officer, and a loan summary.
  • Settings and Profile Management: Clients can adjust their settings, including username, password, and E-Consent status.
  • To-Do List Notifications: Clients are notified via email when documents are available to sign, with the ability to view and sign each document listed under the To Do tab.
  • Document Review: Partners can review and request additional documentation as needed through the Partner Portal.
  • Completed Tasks: Finished tasks move to the Completed Tasks section, where clients can download completed documents.
  • Loan Details: Clients can review all essential loan information, including loan program, interest rate, and escrow details, in the Loan Details tab.
  • Insurance and Associations Info: Clients can view and verify insurance and homeowner association details and contact their loan officer for changes.
  • Support: The Help tab provides contact information for loan officers and technical support for the portal.
