Loan documents will be needed to complete your application and make sure we’re okay to proceed.

We’ll provide a secure upload link for all your supporting documents (Income, Assets, etc.).

If the loan is for a purchase, a Prequalification letter (if needed) can be provided.

We’ve collected all the documents we need and registered your file with the lender.

Initial loan disclosure forms are generated, and are sent to you via the e-sign portal for acknowledegment.

Prior to locking, we discuss current rates and make sure we’re on the same page.

We will lock in your rate once you give us the go-ahead.

At this stage we order the appraisal (if needed) and submit your complete loan package to the lender.

(steps 1-4 can be completed same day)

Lender review has been completed.

Any additional documents (if needed) will be requested.

Behind the scenes, the escrow and title companies begin fulfilling their requirements.

Once all loan conditions are signed off, we’re ready to order final loan documents!

Fees are confirmed, and the Closing Disclosure (CD) is sent to you via the e-sign portal for acknowledgement.

Signing date, time, and location are confirmed, and you meet with a notary to sign final loan documents.

The loan officially funds, all necessary disbursements are made , and deeds are sent for recording.

Congratualtions, your loan has closed and funded.
